Leadership
Nijoe Joseph is a senior banking and finance lawyer with over 20 years of experience in project, trade, asset and structured finance. He has advised on complex, cross-border transactions and developing innovative structures specialising in trade, projects, decarbonisation, maritime and aviation sectors.
His client base consists of reputed family offices, large corporates, governmental departments and high net worth individuals from UAE and the Indian Subcontinent.
Prior to founding MontJais Partners, Nijoe was an equity partner in an international UK based law firm and was formerly the legal advisor to the maritime department of the Department of Transport for the Government of Abu Dhabi.
